"So I’ll cherish the old rugged cross, Till my trophies at last I lay down; I will cling to the old rugged cross, And exchange it some day for a crown."-George Bennard

A very bad and smooth twisting of the Word of God here. And a very dogmatic way of teaching, that I'm afraid will entice many away from the truth.
"For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths. As for you, always be sober-minded, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry." 2nd Timothy 4:3-5

This is so personality driven that it smells more like a cult to me than authentic biblical Christianity. Then he adds really, really bad theology, and I have to say, "Mr. Bell, the proof is in the preaching." (buzzer) Sorry Rob, thanks for playing, better luck next time.
Thaks Craver for the good words.
Bell waters down the Gospel with his own thinking. And he does with out apologies.
The Gospel is twisted so it loses it's power. When preached with confidence from the Scriptures, the Gospel is magnificient and is a razor to the soul and spirit.
Very smooth and very twisty indeed.
"Who do people say that the Son of Man is?"
"You are the Christ, the Son of the living God".
According to Rob, Peter should have said something akin to "Rabbi ..." Bell denies His Lordship and implies we have the power apart from His divinity to accomplish anything by faith if we believe in ourselves. Major fail, I can attest to that.
Thank you for your posts on Pyro. :) Very encouraging, informative and gentle -- salt and light.
Thanks for stopping by Sonja. Lord bless you with His wisdom and strength; peace and joy; and most of all love. Amen.
