It was a Super Bowl that will be remembered, because Peyton Manning finally did it. But it was a lack luster game overall. The first half was exciting. The half time show was sick, and stupid. The second half was all Colts.
The party at my house was a good time. Friends and family eating and enjoying one another's company. Lots of laughs, and good conversations. God is truly too kind to let me have such good times.
I remember when I would get so drunk, that I couldn't remember where I watched the game. And it was always so hard on my wife, who endured this drunken-bum of a husband, until the Lord rescued me in 1984. God saved me from a sinful self-centered life of what's in it for me. Sin had a grip on me, and I was responsible and guilty for my rebellion agaisnt God. But He sought me out, and brought me to see my sin, and His holy wrath. Praise His holy name.
Well that's it. That's all I have for this day. Thank You Lord for saving me from a destination of eternal damnation and excruciating pain, which I deserved. Thank You for the Cross. Thank You for Your mercy. Thank You for Your grace. And thank You for loving me. I pray I would obey Your Word, and walk in the light of Your truth. For the glory of the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

"I would never stay in His hands on my own"
Amen.
Nothing can seperate us from His love, which is in Christ. Not death, nor even living. We can't even seperate ourselves. Our Father will discipline His true children.
He is faithful, and He will do it.
