The Ravens stepped up with their man, against the Chargers main man, Philip Rivers . Who was that you may ask? Ray Lewis.

Final

The Ravens gave up 436 yards passing to Philip Rivers, his all time high, (the guy is incredible), but we still came out on top. Rivers is an exceptional QB. Love watching this guy play, um, except today. I hated watching him play.
In the last few seconds of the game, Rivers was driving his team for the win, and I thought there's no stopping this incredible athlete. Unless, the Ravens step up with a similar athlete. And they did! Ray was the man of the day. he made the play of plays.

The other key for the Ravens today was Joe Flacco. He is the real deal. It's been a long time since the Colts, whoops, I mean the Ravens have had a QB. It's just nice to have a team with a good Quarterback. It really is. I was used to Johnny Unitas, and Bert Jones. And now, we have, Flacco.

Don, that was vintage Ray Lewis on that last-minute play, and why he's on his way to Canton. I'm a Giants fan, but was extremely impressed with the way Flacco played against them last year in a loss. You're right, he's the real deal.

The game was kind of like a heavyweight fight - two top contenders going at it. They might meet up again in the playoffs.

Thanks Joe.

I was cheering for the Giants the other night against the Cowboys. I love that Eli. Incredible story the Mannings, isn't it.
